At Shootup Media, we value every client and strive to deliver high-quality marketing, design, and development services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded or projects may be canceled.
1. Project Initiation
Once a project is initiated and the client has made an advance or full payment, our team allocates resources, strategizes, and begins the work process. Therefore, project initiation fees are generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Client
If the client wishes to cancel the project after commencement, the following conditions apply:
- If cancellation is requested before work begins — 90% refund of the paid amount.
- If cancellation is requested after partial work completion — up to 40% refund may be issued, depending on work progress.
- No refunds are applicable once the project is delivered or completed.
3. Cancellation by Shootup Media
In rare cases where Shootup Media needs to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding costs already incurred (if any third-party tools or ads were purchased).
4. Digital Services & Non-Tangible Goods
Since our services include digital deliverables such as websites, marketing campaigns, and creative materials, once these are shared or published, refunds are not applicable.
5. Payment Disputes
All payments are considered final once processed. Clients are encouraged to review all deliverables and milestones before making final payments. For any concerns, please contact us before initiating chargebacks or disputes.
6. Delay in Projects
Delays caused by client-side inaction, incomplete inputs, or late approvals are not eligible for refunds. Timelines are mutually dependent on collaboration and communication.
7. Third-Party Expenses
Fees paid to third-party vendors such as hosting providers, ad platforms, domain registrars, or tools are non-refundable as Shootup Media does not control their policies.
