At Shootup Media, we value every client and strive to deliver high-quality services. This policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded or projects canceled.
If Shootup Media cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund excluding any third-party costs already incurred.
Once digital deliverables such as websites, campaigns, or creative materials are shared or published, refunds are not applicable.
Fees paid to third-party vendors (hosting, ad platforms, domain registrars) are non-refundable as Shootup Media does not control their policies.
